If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us assess your claim, please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once your claim has been processed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Items reported as damaged more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
